Zituile is a low-ranking, Licensed hero from the Agency's Power district.

His power's aren't fully decided yet but i already know I wantedc him to have a standard weaker powerset, giving him one notch in the ear and I'll prolly change the 'level' i put since idrk what that's about yet but yea.

He's also Jaxui's somewhat shitty older brother, dw they get along eventually.
