Sera The Finch (セラ・ザ・フィンチ Sera za finchi) is a character in the Rookie Chronicles. In an alternate universe, Sera is the current princess and ruler of the Rosette Empire, but she's also secretly an expert Extreme Gear Rider, with her royal family once being a part of the Babylon Rogues.
