One of the original Personality AIs to be created. He works very closely with the "hard AI" and helps create new personality AIs.

He is very eccentric and thinks of all of his creations very dearly. 

He has a lot of secrets that he cannot tell anyone; he is constantly being watched by the "hard AI". If any of the Personality AIs are damaged, they go to him for maintenance. Although he works with the "hard AI", he isn't fond of them at all.
