The Crash Council is a group of five (originally six) members who are alternate versions of Crash Bandicoot.

1 Council Member: Tribal Crash
2 Council Member: Dystopian Crash
3 Council Member: Cyborg Crash
4 Council Member: Barbarian Crash (female)
5 Council Member: CEO Crash

Each of them has their own territory, which they "control."
