SNAKEB1TE is an alien species called a caniloid. They have bug like wings and antennae, and live on a nearby small planet very similar to earth. A large section of the planet is covered in lush rainforest, where rainforest caniloids are from. They also have prehensile tails and a mane/mohawk of fur along their head. Caniloids have weak telekinetic powers and spiraled eyes.

SNAKEB1TE was stolen as an egg as a part of a larger research project to study the planet and the species that inhabit it, though the scientist's teams motives were not inheritely good. They wanted to use their research to further exploit the planet's resources. When they discovered the powers that caniloids possess, the scientists turned their focus into making the caniloids into a weapon. The scientists did not regard their subjects as "human" (the world is entirely anthros). instead treating them like feral animals.

The test subjects were mistreated horribly during the experiment, leading SNAKEB1TE to grow resenting of humans. One day, It escaped, killing several of the scientists involved. SNAKEB1TE ran away from the science lab, and was feared by many.

He befriended a group of alternative teenagers, and is now extremely defensive of them. Snake generally hates furries, and has no issue harming them. He got all of his clothes and accessories from his group of friends, including his hairstyle and his name (a type of piercing!)

SNAKEB1TE lacks a lot of basic knowledge, and does not understand social norms. SNAKEB1TE tends to be quite chaotic and often dangerous.
