Toil (she/her) is a young dhampir attending a private Witching Academy, where she meets the love of her life, Trouble.
Her mother is a living vampire, her father is an unseelie. (Aggressive, mischievous, sometimes cruel fae in my universe.)
She is not very magically inclined, but she makes up for her lack of natural talent with intense study and effort.
She is a true chaotic neutral. She doesn’t really care about anything except her family and her girlfriend. No one but her keeps in contact with her outcast of a brother, who is incredibly hard to deal with, but she loves him in her own way.
She loves puzzles and riddles (anything that exercises her already sharp brain). She is terrified of the ocean as she can’t swim well, and she does not float. Prolonged direct exposure to sunlight will eventually kill her, but she can last a few hours unaffected.
