From an early age, Mango was diagnosed with ADHD. She can find it hard to sit still and is always full of energy, much like Banana. Not like Banana, however, is her entirely chaotic aura. As a child, Mango loved to channel her energy into sports, specifically basketball and water skiing when her dad would take her to the beach. She soon developed a love for the salty air and warm sand and could be found playing on the beach often a kid, despite living blocks from it. She would also typically be found there if her emotions were running too high.

With a knack for basketball, Mango played for her middle school and high school teams. She found it to be a good source for her to get all her extra fidgets out of her system and allowed her to focus better on her school work. Mango made friends easily in school but also found it easy to lose them as her gremlin archetype could be off-putting to some people. After graduating high school, she decided to take a year off from college.

Her year off from college turned into five years. With a love for freedom, Mango was channeling her energy into playing multiple sports for her local, amateur teams while still bumming off her parents. With a determination to get her to focus on her life, her parents sent her away to Sunny Siesta Island with little cash to get a job and figure her life out. While on the island she finds her love for Water Skiing once again.
