This Goliath was found in reservation 209 by the McRailen foundation (a Stuardist group focused on making areas without human interference around roils to study Goliaths without risk of casualty) on [REDACTED]. Labeled 209-COCHLEA, it was monitored for several years without incident, seeming to avoid other Goliaths and the border detourent/defense systems. It wasn't until [REDACTED] where information about reservation 209 leeked and various Acelerationist groups formed an attack on the reservation. Although most Goliaths fell during the attack 209-COCHLEA survived, but had a major injury to it's shell. It has been bleeding a yellow, highly radioactive fluid that is capable of causing rapid mutation to flora, fauna, and even inanimate objects. This has been deemed 209-COCHLEA-CRUCIBLE or CRU fluid for short. Despite the presence of this fluid, the DNA of this Goliath (extracted from shed exoskeleton) shows no capability to produce CRU fluid, instead found to be highly resistant to it's effects. Further inspection of the wound revealed that there is another creature inside of 209-COCHLEA producing the fluid. It appears to be alive, dormant but beginning to stir. Further observation of 209-COCHLEA is recommended.

Note: If this Goliath truly holding back a being inside it, then the Acelerationist attack clearly has weakend it. If whatever it is breaks out, we will need to be prepared. Study the DNA, and we might be able to safely continue operations.
