Cyberpunk OC

I have been designing a cyberpunk OC after the recommendations of @SilentPilgrimage, and I have been really enjoying it! Coming up with the lore and outfits have been a refreshing break from my usual fantasy OCs, but I just can not settle on a colour scheme and outfit design, could you please help me? To help out I will give a general context; this character is a sort of doctor, she does not particularly like bionic enhancements and has made it her life's goal to research, improve and preserve medical knowledge. She has to keep her neck covered because of some special circumstances, this part is non negotiable. Any other advice and suggestions on how I could improve this OC is very much welcome!
