Mascot horror, analog horror, etc.

I've always liked horror. Have I ever played a horror game without getting so scared that I leave the game? No comment. Have I ever watched analog horror mainly during the day with the lights on? Can't deny or confirm.

I've always wanted to make one of them though.

With mascot horror, I had this idea called "Krispy Kitty's Play Buffet" and it would take place at this abandoned McDonald's play place type setting. I wanted to make a mascot horror game that broke the mold because all the current popular ones all have very bad choices that I don't like. One of the things is "person who helps you is secretly the villain". It's just a terrible trope that I wanted to change.

With analog horror, I've had multiple. A recent one is where people are sleeping and only seeing an image of a liminal space, but they slowly all get killed by an entity in the liminal space.

Another is where it takes place on a planet and a rover thing takes pictures and sends them back to whatever fake company I make. It was inspired by the story of one of the mars rovers singing happy birthday to itself and I thought it would be cool to have, at some point, the rover gets killed by an alien creature, but before sends scary messages to the company.

All of these ideas had one thing in mind though; DONT DO WHAT THEY DID. I don't want to make an evil company for my horror stories. I don't want to just put a scary face or make it a slideshow for my analog horror. I wanted to break some sort of mold. I was just to young and not skilled enough nor had the commitment to do any of it.

Will I do it at some point? Hopefully. These are ideas that come back to me randomly and I want to do them really REALLY badly.

I'm running out of character space, so tell me what you guys think of it.

(I'm starting to think I'm more of a writer than an artist)
