Valencia, Witch of Foresight (For the Witch's Circus)

Oh, wow! A witch plus a circus! Who could have foreseen my participation? You didn't even NEED Valencia to do so XD

My entry for @ArtsI 's Witch's Circus contest. I adore Valencia's character and character design in general, so I thought I would take my best shot. I based her appearance on 1800s clothing as well as those of the Romani; I figured that since these are persecuted witches and the Romani were persecuted throughout history, including during this time, it would fit. I hope my depiction is respectful. I did my best to include all her canon character traits such as her headpiece and blindness. I like to think her right (our left) eye is perpetually covered by her hair since she is blind. Also love her long hair and shifting night sky dress.
