We want you to feel good about every purchase you make on Unvale. If something goes wrong, we will work with each person who requests a refund to make sure things are handled fairly. This page explains how refunds work, how to request one, and what to expect after you do.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case by a real person on our support team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or automatic proration, but we take every request seriously and aim to reach an outcome that treats you fairly. When we review a request we consider things like how recently the charge occurred, how the purchase has been used, and whether something on our end did not work the way it should have.
Ultra is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Canceling is not the same as requesting a refund: when you cancel, you keep Ultra access through the end of your current paid period and simply are not charged again.
If you believe a charge should be refunded — for example, you were charged after you meant to cancel, a renewal caught you by surprise, or a payment method was used without permission — you can submit a refund request from your Ultra billing settings using the “Request a refund” link. Our support team will review your request and follow up by email.
If a minor used a parent's or guardian's payment method without permission, please reach out — we will work with you to make it right.
Refunds for artist commissions and other marketplace purchases are governed by the Payments and Refunds Policy in our Terms of Service. The same spirit applies: if a purchase did not go the way it should have, contact us and we will work with you and the other party to find a fair resolution.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, it may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. If a subscription charge is refunded, the access associated with that charge may be removed.
