This is a post apocalyptic world where the richest of the rich created Havens to protect themselves from the destruction they themselves caused.
Only 3% of the world’s population gets to live in these Havens.
The 97% is left to survive in a hostile and unforgiving climate.

The Havens are massive circular structures that span many kilometers wide. They are built on top of one massive concrete cylinder with intricate technological machines, tunnels, pathways, housing, storage, bunkers and literally everything humans need to survive. But the Havens themselves are these ideal futuristic cities covered by an enormous dome that can change what people see when they look either in or out of the domes.
The dome hides the sight of the outside world to the people in the Havens. While everyone outside the havens see nothing or official broadcasts from the havens. It basically acts like a massive TV.…
