This world takes place in Japan around 2007-2015! In this world there is an ongoing war between demon hunters and demons. Demon need to consume human soul to live. The demon hunters protect humans from this force. Demons often have odd appearances, similar to the ones seen in Chinese and Japanese mythology.  Demon hunters aren’t magically chosen, demon hunters almost always get their powers from their relatives. Powers are almost always hereditary. Each hunter gets a unique weapon, being the extenuation of their human soul. The aesthetic blend I am going for in this world is ancient Japan, y2k, and cyberpunk. Very persona 5 esk (This is still so early development)
