"Yondard" is the catch-all term of a species of subterranean creatures that live in the "Under Ceiling". Many of these creatures live in small towns or villages, or otherwise loosely formed groups. A great number of them live in Rio Manage, by far the largest area where Yondards live. There is little desire to reach above ground as exposure to light can harm or kill them. And none of them are able to explain why they are there in the first place.

The general 'story' largely pertain to a group of travelers.

Taiga, the leader and wishing to take back his kingdom, Black Maw, from Zumina.

Rahtinah, an odd talking brawler who aids Taiga, in part, to find her master and father figure, Rongbok B'Gok.

Mertens, a cyborg-esque Yondard wishing to see the world outside the abandoned base she resides in, all the while being a target for Mijerk wishing to capture her.

Kolruu, a large Yondard who travels with them for his own ulterior motives, and acts as the pilot.

And Fennia, a hybrid human/Autyon who pretends to have amnesia and is dealing with her situation as best as she can.

I have worked on this for about 10ish years but it has had several reboots and changes over that time, so a lot of what I will put on here would be from the last 4-5 years.
