Starbase Oracle, named after one of the dragon planet's three moons, is the result of centuries of technological advancement (and a little magic) across both continents. It's open to all tribes, and although it was originally a research station, it's become more general purpose as time goes on. 

There's no real plot here, this is just to have fun putting our funny dragons in space. 
Oh, and sorry, but no fantribes. Sticking to canon to make it less complicated in regards to tribe dynamics.
