10,000 years after the wars of the Domed City, Ibex has reigned supreme through the entirety of the restored planet and beyond. The entire population thrives under a utopic setting for generations, unknowingly surveilled in order to make sure they all stay in line. And as always, deep in the bowels of the single remaining world power, many things are not as it seems.
