Short novel, Mīn Culler O' Why, follows a man named Bennet Axel Cassisus, living in a city called Sanchela, Known as the richest city "in mankind", but also the most tedious city to live in to a man with a simple life like Bennet. Bennet unwittingly gets himself mixed up with the Sanchelion mafia and is given the gruesome task: to find the identity of the infamous woman that goes by the name "Constance Bassalini". However, as he learns more about his situation, Bennet grows quieter, more uncertain, and is forced to act on beliefs that have been shaped and twisted by a lifetime of having his choices taken from him.
