"Legacy of a Star" is an LGBT+ scifi/fantasy story with themes of found family, love vs hate, self healing, and self discovery. This will mainly be an action/adventure webcomic with some romance and slice of life elements mixed in.

While searching for his grandfather's legendary lost treasure, Altair and his crew of space pirates accidentally rescue a pair of orphans who were being used for human experimentation. Seeing as they have nowhere else to go, he reluctantly allows them to stay on his ship.

Now, for the first time ever, Gamma and Lyra finally get to experience the world outside their prison with a family they always dreamed of having.

However, all is not well. The bounties placed on their heads have attracted all sorts of new enemies from rival space pirates to government-hired bounty hunters to god-like celestial beings.

Can this ragtag crew of intergalactic criminals fight off their new adversaries while simultaneously raising a couple of teens?
