There are a lot of stories happening in Ilios but the main one is the story of Otonome and Heather, a knight and a princess trying to rebuild their fallen kingdom, how the hundred years war ended and the rise of nationalism in Ilios. For genre I would say dark fantasy? It’s inspired a lot by Berserk.
