Most people fled to the new heart of the English Empire, the newfound capital city of England, the walled city of 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚. There, 12 elite families took charge after Queen Victoria's death; however, over time, that number dwindled to 4. Ashenfords, Vandales, Bloodworths, and Ravencrofts.
