So basically this is shared with MOTM as a fan thing, mostly cause I have a lot of world-building questions about the Toons and if they weren't finished or not oftenly recognized what would happen to them so hear is this world-building construct here

This place was where the Drafts and unfinished characters were banished after the Toons were done with them…that and the Drafts started rebelling and tearing the Toons apart to use their body parts to complete themselves. We’ll get to that later though lol.
 
The Drafts are just that Drafts, concept art that was never used or just an unfinished character whether physically or personality-wise.
Types of Drafts:
- **Nearly Done** drafts like Jax, Violet, Kindness when they enter ToonTown and they have Color it’s on a lower opacity than normal

- Then there are **WIPs (Work In Progress)** Drafts they are nearly done and barely done an inbetween of them

- Then there are the **Barely Dones**, which is your text book starting draft before you draw over it. Which compared to their other types are the weakest of the bunch due to their little thickness in their lines
Which is why it is warned throughout the Pages, if a Toon walks in there to cause trouble and Barely Dones needs to get to Nearly Dones as fast and as humanly possible or else they’re going to get “stomped” on

Which doesn’t kill them more so puts them in a paralyzed stasis state but they can still feel pain, until Drafts collect/get more Ichor to redraw them.

- Well for Drafts there are two sections where they place themselves, with the bystanders and citizens who take handouts from the Unfinished. Which is ruled by the voted Stars Kindness and Error, with Perseverance and Hope as secretaries that help make rules and judgements to the Drafts.
Ink and Mr. Puzzles (and before Kinger & Queenie) was in charge of the education system for the concepted children

And the Drafts that Join the Unfinished, which is their “revolt” group. Sort of like the Army
