The world was normal for years, nothing ever changed. That was until the spores were released. Corpses began walking out of morgues, and the dead walked the streets once again. No one knew why this was happening, so they retaliated, killing thousands of once dead people. It was discovered that the undead beings would die by removal of their heads or destruction to their brains.

Soon after the dead arose, a new type of species began to reveal themselves. Vampires walked the streets now. They sought out persons of power, told them why corpses were no longer corpses, that they were the reason. The vampires had been testing a newly discovered mushroom and it's spores - a mushroom that only grew in their dimension. Somehow the spores had gotten lose and made its way into the world of humans.

In present time, zombies live alongside humans. People now have a choice after death to continue living. The same can't be said for the vampires, as they prefer to keep to themselves. There are, however, vampins, humans turned vampire. Vampins are rarely seen living among humans living a normal life.
