Katsushiro Toma is a secondary character from the Eternal Rain universe.

He is part of Shuuichi's friend group. He's dry, pacifistic, and can come off as harsh, but is actually kind in his own way. Katsushiro suffers with feelings of guilt because Shūichi was badly injured protecting him.
