A secondary character from the Eternal Rain universe who has a more prominent role in the TAKEOVER prequel and the UNBOUND sequel.

He lives in the Llania region (Fire Gate) with his mother and father. His older brother, Hikaru, disappeared when he was young.
Shuuichi is strait-laced, loyal and always tries to be fair. He doesn't like to fight and is easy to get along with. But he knows how to get tough when he has to.

Relationships to other OCs:
Katsushiro - His longtime and closest friend. They're like brothers.
Daisuke - A close and longtime friend. His antics can be tiring at times, but he's usually a lot of fun.
Reka - A close and longtime friend. Shuuichi treats him like a little brother, but he can tell Reka is sometimes irritated by that and there are times they don't get along well.
Takeshi - A friend that he secretly collaborated with during the war. He highly respects him.
