Rhya'zal is his second in command, and top apprentice.

Ghao'threk was the first to master the arcane, and to this day is primarily worshipped by those in pursuit of arcane knowledge. He is tied with the wind itself; pushing those it reaches to pursue new heights.
His worship is frowned upon in many places across the continent, but to those who view him favourably he is worshipped more so as a mentor than Deity.

He's... well, spend a few minutes in a room with him and you'll see why people don't really like arcane magic very much. He's insanely full of his accomplishments, and thinks that something's only worth doing if it's a challenge. He's one of the few mortal-born deities that's VERY open about that fact; he worked to achieve godhood, he wasn't handed it like most.
