Zedd is a Fire-type Diamondhead who originated from Kamahi, from a very young age he always wanted to be a hero who helped to protect people with his desires further boosted after the Kamahian War - he lost pretty much everything and everyone who he loved and idolised.

As a result, after migrating to Otherearth, he swore an oath to Kamali that he would do everything within his power to help protect the planet and those who inhabited it. This, amongst many other reasons, is what prompted him to set up his alliance, which would be made up of a team of powerful beings whose job would be to ward off any threat/potential threat to the Otherearthian society.
