Samuel Morton never used to think of himself as starry-eyed. He never fell for hard work and patience, and believed that chasing most dreams would be quite pointless. But, of course, everyone has a dream or two that they really want to achieve.

Sam had a standard. A kind of standard hardly any musician or executive on the West coast could really compare to, with the exception of his own band. Deep down, Sam had come to the conclusion that he and Saturne's Gaze deserved fame and recognition far more than any of those local "frauds." Those good-for-nothings burying the real talent and passion! If anything, however, Sam's superiority was more an attempt to patch up his very own insecurities. He had tethered his entire self to the art and was terrified of failing it, failing himself, and no longer having a place he truly called home.

While Morton gets his wish, and Saturne's Gaze skyrockets all thanks to one Isaac Antony, something continues to nag at him. Fakes still existed. Unfair opportunities, bastard executives — when one day, Mr. Antony suddenly comes to him.

Distraught and disoriented, Isaac was the worst Sam had ever seen him. He assures Isaac that he did the right thing — and gives an offer neither of them could refuse.
