A secondary character in Eternal Rain and also plays a minor role in following arcs.

Bio:
Born to an interracial couple in the U.S. An only child doted on by her parents, Kiara can have a have a haughty or dismissive attitude. She is very loyal to the people she befriends (even to the point of possessiveness) and stubborn to a fault.

Relationships with other OCs:
Mara - Her BFF.
Sharon - She's a hard worker, but she's too bossy and high-strung. They don't mingle outside of Keyholder duties.
Takeshi - They also have a "work-only" relationship. She does respect that he doesn't give up despite what he's been through, though.
Toki - Kiara doesn't like her but tolerates her.
Kita - She's rowdy and unpleasant, but she's a life-saver in a fight.
Reka - She feels guilty for some things she said and did to him early on, and though they're not close, they get along okay.
Shaoqiang - He's capable without being controlling, so she gets along well with him.
