One of the four core protagonists of Eternal Rain and also plays a prominent role in the TAKEOVER prequel and several sequels. He helps Takeshi manage the Keyholder team.

Bio:
An only child from a dysfunctional military family. He was raised in a highly-stratified society and lost his best friend, a lower-class boy named Hisao, when he was only eight years old. He later went AWOL from the Llanian Guard.
Reka acts tough, but is kind at heart. Slow to trust, he is cold and aloof with people he doesn't know well, but becomes more playful and opens up over time (though he’s still notoriously private about his personal life). He's very emotional, extremely value-driven and recklessly protective.

Shuuichi - an old friend who oftentimes acts more like a brother
Katsushiro - more a friend of a friend (Shuuichi)
Daisuke - also one of Shuuichi's friend group and were partners in the Llanian Guard
Takeshi - admires him for his strength of will and courage to act

Kita - annoys the heck out of him sometimes, but he can count on her to have his back
Shiori - has a soft spot for her and is very protective of her
Toshirou - he reminds him of Hisao and is very protective of him
