Shawn is 17 years old and a Junior in high school. He does most of the sports, as his Dad helps to coach many of them.

Despite the stereotype that jocks are dumb, Shawn is quite the opposite. He loves Science, Specifically microbiology, and he hopes to study it someday. His best friend, Rose also likes biology, so they often find themselves in the same classes.
He doesn’t dislike sports, he was especially into them when he was younger. He‘s definitely not the star, but a valuable player on any team he’s on. (His personal favorite being tennis.) But lately he’s lost interest. He’s come this far though, so why not keep going? Besides, if he quit his father would be disappointed.

Growing up, he was good friends with Colin, Rox and Rose. Currently Rox and Rose are living in his family’s home, so he’s in contact with them. Since Colin is best friends with Rox he sees him around sometimes.

He does get along with the jocks, as he spends lots of time with them, but deep down he’d much rather hang out with the “nerds”. He often hears fun stories from Rose about the happenings in theater, and he really wants to be a part of it, but he fears that he’s to deep in sports. Besides, he doesn’t have time with all of his practices.
