Roxanne (or Rox as she prefers) is 15 years old and about to begin her Freshman year in high school.

Growing up she was always interested in paranormal stories. She grew up watching videos on the topic, and exploring the woods in the mountains near her home in northern Utah.
Her passion for the unexplained was strengthened by an encounter she had with a mysterious creature saving her life in the accident that took her parents and most of her left arm.

She's driven by a sheer will to find this creature again, be a menace to her older sister/caretaker, Rose, and just spite the world in general.

She was never a fan of school, but she's EXTRA not a fan after avoiding it for a year, and being a grade down from everyone she knows. The only good part about it is being able to see her best friend, Colin.

The story of Somewhere Bygone begins when she meets an stranded Alien, Lien and becomes friends with them. Rox promises to help Lien get home, hoping that she’ll be able to leave with them.
