Hikaru is an orphan who used to run with a gang of runaways and abandoned children before he met Haru. He is practical, friendly, and likes to cheer people up.

Relationships with other OCs:
Haru - Sees him as a friend, but is frustrated when Haru shuts him out.
Asha - They're buddies, though he keeps some things from her for Haru's sake.
Ari - He really doesn't trust or like her.
