Ari is one of Dreamer's secondary characters.

She lives in a poorer area with her brother and their adoptive parents. To escape the humdrum and meet interesting people -- while making a quick buck -- she offers to guide visitors through town and help out with neighbors' chores.

Hikaru - they butt heads A LOT, but she gets a kick out of teasing him
