Kepp is an older fellow with many years behind him. Although he may have a sharp and irritable demeanor, he is still quite patient when needed.
After living the family life, his kids have all grown, which now leaves him the time and opportunity to pick back up on his old passions.
He works as a geologist who studies different rocks, minerals, and fossils on various celestial bodies.

Other Facts:
• If possible, he pockets some of the better-looking rock samples for himself. Aside from studying them, he likes collecting them.
• He previously had a terrible gambling addiction. Thankfully, he managed to overcome it and now welcomes jokes about it.
• He has very good hearing. However, he simply pretends it's bad so that he can avoid questions he doesn't want to answer, as well as chats that he doesn't want to engage with.

Backstory:
Starting out, Kepp worked as an enthusiastic geologist stationed aboard a starship with a small crew, alongside his partner. However, during the early years of their career, their lives took an unexpected turn when they learned they were expecting a child. Both he and his partner decided to step down from their careers in order to prepare for their family.
Following the arrival of their first child, Kepp became a stay-at-home parent while his partner continued the work outside home. Their family grew steadily over the years.
After their fourth and final child had grown up, Kepp enjoyed the family life a bit longer before deciding to go back to work and return to his professional interests. He is now happily resuming his work as a geologist.
