Gamma is an escaped experiment who spent almost the entirety of his childhood living on a space station. He has no idea what life is like in the rest of the universe and so is easily impressed and excited by mundane things. His lack of experience has also made him very naive and gullible, landing him in trouble often.

After he and [Lyra](https://unvale.io/character/59f873e3-b0be-4baf-bad0-dfed89690d6e) were rescued by [Altair](https://unvale.io/character/bc22c0ab-9c46-473c-bf48-ad3695ca335a) and his crew, he began to live with them onboard their ship. He is always trying to help out, but due to his clumsiness, usually just makes things worse. Still, his bright optimism and infectious smile caused most of the crew warm up to him quickly. 

Gamma was a very successful test subject at the research station and gained new abilities due to the experiments run on him. He's considered to be highly valuable government property and a large bounty has been placed for his safe return. As a result, he's being hunted by spacers from all corners of the galaxy.
