Kalem! A half-elf paladin NPC, turned DMPC, in a campaign I'm running. Currently in a 'party' with Ionya, Nikolao, and two other characters (another NPC, and one player character).

He brings BIG Susie energy (Deltarune) to the table.

For about 20 years, he was essentially a spy for Avaear, and worked under Alastor as his boss. Kalem was scouted out by him after landing himself in 'the Pits' (an area of the Underdark used as a prison) for doing reckles things after his husband, Hadrian, died at war.

He very recently found out that Alastor had erased and modified some of his memories. He didn't know about it, and before he remembered those memories he was mad at him, but when they came back it was with the realisation that Kalem was the one who asked him to remove most of them in the first place. He's... not doing great with that revelation.

He's a paladin of Iúnas, though he didn't know his powers came from her until someone else (very recently) pointed it out. He was unknowingly given the powers through an extension of Hadrian's oath, and Kalem's own oath was only ever to Hadrian's memory.

Faust is a large, celestial lion that follows him around and stops him from getting into too much trouble. He loves him a lot, even if he'd never say that to him.

He has canonically thrown a punch at Ghao'threk in front of his students, whiffed it, then been instantly turned into a piss yellow peacock statuette and teleported to the bottom of a lake.
He'd do it again.
